發電機組的燃氣在使用前，應經過預處理（如過濾、氣液分離、穩壓等）。溫度過高時，還應采用冷卻器冷卻，以保證燃氣中沒有液態成分。針對不同燃氣，處理的流程也不同。

　　2、沼氣壓力3～10kPa，壓力變化速率                   ≤1kPa/min；

　　2. Biogas pressure is 3-10kPa, with a pressure change rate of ≤ 1kPa/min;

　　3、沼氣中甲烷體積含量不低于40%，變化速         率≤2%∕min；

　　3. The methane volume content in biogas is not less than 40%, and the rate of change is ≤ 2%/min;

　　4、H2S≤200mg/Nm3；

　　4 H2S≤200mg/Nm3；

　　5、NH3≤20mg/Nm3；

　　6、雜質粒度≤5μm，雜質含量≤30mg/Nm3；

　　對于甲烷體積含量30～40%的沼氣需要機組特殊配置，選另一型號的產品。

　　三、機組對瓦斯的要求

　　3、 Requirements of the crew for gas

　　1、瓦斯溫度≤40℃；

　　1. Gas temperature ≤ 40 ℃;

　　2、瓦斯壓力3～10kPa，壓力變化速率                   ≤1kPa/min；

　　2. Gas pressure 3-10kPa, pressure change rate ≤ 1kPa/min;

　　3、瓦斯中甲烷體積含量不低于9%，變化速率      ≤2%∕min；

　　3. The methane volume content in gas is not less than 9%, and the rate of change is ≤ 2%/min;

　　4、對于甲烷體積含量小于30%的瓦斯，甲烷       與氧氣體積含量之和不低于28%，氧氣體         積含量不低于16％；

　　4. For gases with methane volume content less than 30%, the sum of methane and oxygen volume content shall not be less than 28%, and the oxygen volume content shall not be less than 16%;

　　5、雜質粒度≤5μm，雜質含量≤30mg/Nm3。

　　6、硫化氫含量不大于200mg/m3。

　　若可燃氣體中含硫或氨成份較高，不僅會嚴重腐蝕火花塞電極，而且會使機油中酸值增加，腐蝕機組內部零件，同時易于生成沉淀物，增加對發動機的腐蝕和磨損。
